My life as an performer began in the audience watching my family perform with our community theatre in the small town of Cleburne, Texas. I got my first chance to perform after my mom begged the director to put me on stage so I would quit annoying her and everyone else in the audience by singing every single word. I wish that method still worked...

I was born in Houston, Texas and lived all over the state, finally settling in Cleburne, where I was involved in community theatre as well as school and church productions. I was the youngest and most ridiculous of three kids and nothing has changed to this day.

After high school, I attended Sam Houston State University where I got my B.F.A. in musical theatre and pretty much a minor in throwing myself out of my comfort zone 24/7. College was a long journey of learning completely new styles of singing, figuring out what the heck it means to act, and learning to dance. Period.

I left college before I even took my last finals to start work at a theme park in upstate New York and I have been in the city ever since.  I have performed across the nation in national tours and regional theatres in a range of shows, but I have always been excited by what possibilities are ahead.
